About
One team, briefed once, accountable for all of it.
An IT consultancy and engineering firm operating since 2022. We work across three connected layers: software that runs the business, infrastructure that runs the software, and support that keeps both alive.
Why we started
Because clients kept coordinating four vendors.
The same conversation kept happening. A business would have a web developer who did not talk to the network contractor, a hardware supplier who did not know what the software needed, and a support arrangement that began only after everyone else had left. When something broke, each of them could reasonably say it was not theirs.
Sayari Cyber exists to remove that gap. We specify the GPU rack and write the code that runs on it. We cable the server room and support it afterwards. There is one contract, one team, and nobody to point at.
Sayari is Swahili for planet, which is where the ringed mark comes from. It is also roughly what the work looks like: a lot of moving parts held in one orbit.

How we behave
Four values, each written as a behaviour.
Not words on a wall. Each of these is something you can hold us to on a specific day.
Specify honestly
If the cheaper option is right
we say so. Including when it means a smaller invoice.
Build to hand over
Every project ends with documentation
credentials and training. You are never locked in.
Answer fast
Same-day response on support
stated in the agreement rather than implied.
Stay after launch
Support is the product
not an upsell. Most of our revenue is from clients we already have.
The team
You work directly with the engineer building your system.

How we work
Four steps, each with a deliverable.
Discover
A call, then a site visit or a workshop with the people doing the work. We would rather understand the problem than start quoting a solution.
You get
A written summary of the problem and the options.
Specify
Scope, architecture, timeline and a fixed quote. Detailed enough that you could take it to another vendor and get a comparable price.
You get
A proposal you could hand to another vendor.
Build
Short cycles with a demo at the end of each one. You see working software or installed hardware, not a status percentage.
You get
Working software or installed hardware you can check.
Support
Training, documentation and credential handover, then a care plan if you want one. Support is the product, not an upsell.
You get
Ownership, and a support contract.
Next step
Would you rather brief one team?
Tell us what you are trying to build, and who is currently doing which part of it.
We reply to every enquiry within one working day.
