Cloud & DevOps

Move to the cloud without losing control of the bill.

01

Who it's for

You are probably here because

  • 01

Your cloud bill grows every month and nobody can say why.

  • 02

Deployments are manual, and only one person knows how.

  • 03

You need some workloads local and some in the cloud.

  • 04

Your recovery plan has never been tested.

02

What's included

What you actually get.

Most cloud bills we are asked to look at are not expensive because of the cloud. They are expensive because nothing was ever turned off. We migrate, we automate, and then we keep reporting the cost back to you every month.

01

Migration assessment and plan

What moves, what stays, what gets rebuilt.

02

AWS, Azure and GCP setup

Accounts, networking, identity, guardrails.

03

Hybrid on-prem plus cloud

Including alongside your own GPU estate.

04

Containers and Kubernetes

Sized to what you actually run.

05

CI/CD pipelines

Build, test, stage, deploy, and roll back.

06

Monitoring, logging, alerting

Alerts a human will act on, not a wall of noise.

07

Backup and disaster recovery

Tested restores, not just backups.

08

Cost review and rightsizing

Reported monthly, in shillings.

04

How it runs

Each stage, and what it produces.

  1. 01

    Assess

Inventory, dependencies, and what it costs today.

    Output

A migration plan with a cost model.

  2. 02

    Build

    Infrastructure as code, pipelines, monitoring.

    Output

An environment you can recreate from a repository.

  3. 03

    Migrate

Staged cutover with a rollback at every step.

    Output

A migration record and a tested rollback.

  4. 04

    Operate

    Monitoring, cost review, rightsizing.

    Output

A monthly cost report and a runbook.

What you are handed

  • An architecture diagram
  • Infrastructure as code in your repository
  • A runbook covering deploy, rollback and restore
  • A monthly cost report

Stock and dispatch system for a regional distributor

Four branches on separate spreadsheets, month-end taking a week.

Four branches tracked stock in separate spreadsheets. Dispatch errors were routine, nobody could see group stock in one place, and month-end close took a week of reconciliation that one person held in their head.

How buying this works.

Engagement
Fixed-price migration, then a monthly DevOps retainer.

Price
On request, after scope

How pricing works

What sets the price

Number of workloads, how much has to be rebuilt rather than moved, compliance requirements, and whether a hybrid setup is in scope.

We quote the migration and the ongoing retainer separately, so you can see what the running cost is before you commit to the move.

Every project is quoted after we understand the scope. You will have a written, fixed quote before any build work begins. No open-ended billing.

Questions

Answered plainly.

Sometimes. Often the honest answer is that it becomes predictable rather than smaller, which is usually the thing finance actually wanted. The assessment tells you which case you are in.

Yes, and often you should. Hybrid is a normal answer, particularly where a GPU estate is involved.

You do, in your own name, with your own payment method. We work inside it under an account we can be removed from.

Yes, on a schedule, and we report the result. A backup nobody has restored is a hope, not a plan.
