Site conditions, cable runs, equipment, and how much of the existing installation can be reused rather than replaced.
We survey before quoting on anything larger than a single office, because a quote without a survey is a guess with a number attached.
Every project is quoted after we understand the scope. You will have a written, fixed quote before any build work begins. No open-ended billing.

Yes. Travel and accommodation are stated separately in the quote so you can see exactly what the distance costs.
Usually. Part of the survey is telling you what is worth keeping, and we would rather reuse a working switch than sell you one.
That is what the managed IT retainer covers, with a stated response time. Without one we work best-effort during business hours.
Yes. That is what the as-built pack and the credential handover are for. You are never locked to us to change a VLAN.
