Pricing
We won't publish a rate card. We will publish everything else.
Every project is quoted after we understand the scope. Most engagements start with a discovery call at no cost; larger ones begin with a paid discovery sprint. You will have a written, fixed quote before any build work begins. No open-ended billing.

Budget bands
Tell us the band, not the number.
It changes how we scope the first conversation, and nothing else. Nobody has ever been quoted more for saying a larger band.

Questions about money
Answered honestly, including the awkward ones.
Because the same sentence describes a two-week job and a six-month one. A rate card would either mislead you or price us out of work we would be good at. What we do publish is how buying works, what sets the price, and what is always included.
There is no floor, but below a certain size a fixed-price project costs you more in process than it saves. For small pieces of work we would rather bill a day rate against an agreed estimate.
No. The discovery call is free. A paid discovery sprint only comes in when the work is large or genuinely unclear, and the fee is credited against the project if it proceeds.
Yes. Fixed-price projects run on milestone payments: a deposit, payments against agreed milestones, and the balance on handover.
Yes. Travel and accommodation are stated separately in the quote rather than buried in the day rate, so you can see exactly what distance costs.
Yes, routinely, and before the first technical conversation if you prefer.
Milestone payments exist so that neither of us is far from the last point we agreed. If a milestone is not right, we fix it before it is signed off and before the next one is invoiced. We would rather have that conversation at milestone two than at handover.

A discovery call costs nothing. You will know within a week whether we are the right team and roughly what it will take.
We reply to every enquiry within one working day.
