Managed IT & support
Your IT department, on a monthly fee.
Who it's for
You are probably here because
-
01
Your 'IT person' is whoever is least busy that morning.
-
02
Nobody knows how many laptops the company owns.
-
03
Problems get fixed and then happen again.
-
04
You need someone to answer the phone when something breaks.
What's included
What you actually get.
Support is the product, not an upsell. Three tiers, published so you can see the shape of what you are buying, with what is counted and what falls outside the fee stated up front.
Remote helpdesk
A number and an address that a person actually answers.
Patching and antivirus
Applied on a schedule and reported.
Monitoring and alerting
We find out before you tell us.
Backup management
Including tested restores.
Asset register
What you own, where it is, and when it comes out of warranty.
On-site callouts
We are in Nairobi, not on a remote-only helpdesk.
Monthly report
What broke, what was fixed, what needs attention.
Published shapes
Three shapes, not three prices.
We publish what each tier physically is and who it suits. The number comes after we understand the workload.
| Tier | Shape | Suits | |
|---|---|---|---|
|
Essential Next business day |
Remote helpdesk, patching, antivirus, monthly report | Small teams with straightforward setups | Brief this tier |
|
Standard Same day |
Adds monitoring, backup management, quarterly on-site visit | Growing teams with servers or several sites | Brief this tier |
|
Complete Priority, within hours |
Adds a named engineer, scheduled on-site days, asset lifecycle planning | Organisations where downtime has a real cost | Brief this tier |

Stock and dispatch system for a regional distributor
Four branches on separate spreadsheets, month-end taking a week.
One day
Month-end close
Four branches tracked stock in separate spreadsheets. Dispatch errors were routine, nobody could see group stock in one place, and month-end close took a week of reconciliation that one person held in their head.

Engagement
Monthly retainer, priced on devices, users and sites.
Price
On request, after scope
What sets the price
Number of devices, users and sites, the response time you need, and how much on-site attendance is included.
What falls outside the fee is stated in the agreement: new hardware, project work, and third-party licences are always separate.
Every project is quoted after we understand the scope. You will have a written, fixed quote before any build work begins. No open-ended billing.
Questions
Answered plainly.
Anything we monitor and support: laptops, desktops, servers, firewalls and access points. It is listed in the agreement, and so is anything excluded.
New hardware, project work and third-party licences. We quote those separately rather than absorbing them quietly and then renegotiating.
Usually, after the onboarding audit tells us what we are taking on.
Yes. A two-hour visit and a written findings sheet, no cost and no obligation. Most retainers start there.
